The SAVANA-4 WP is the new ADV/touring solution that, with all the latest technologies such as the in&out membrane, the DMS double membrane system and the possibility of opening as many as 6 vents, will have no problem tackling any route.
A robust product, but at the same time comfortable thanks to the new reinforced Ripstop materials that are also stretchable, providing protection and comfort.
AKA “Double Membrane System”
This technology incorporates large ventilation panels, 3-layer garment construction and laminated outer fabrics, which provide a barrier that blocks up to 80% of the rain.
The remaining 20 per cent of water that may penetrate through zips or seams will be blocked by the internal AQUAZONE membrane, which will guarantee the waterproofing of the garment.
This provides a solution that keeps most of the surface of the inner membrane (intermediate layer) free of water even under the worst weather conditions, always allowing high breathability and avoiding the concentration of condensation and perspiration inside the garment
Furthermore, by dividing the water column between the two layers, the outer laminated material and the inner membrane, we are able to obtain a water column of 8000mm + 8000mm, without having to use extremely rigid materials, which would then affect the mobility of the jacket or its use in warmer weather.
A further advantage is that the laminated outer materials dry very quickly as they do not absorb water, rapidly returning the jacket to its dry condition and not weighing it down even during the heaviest rains.
To guarantee ventilation even on the hottest days, without sacrificing the protection of a product designed and manufactured by Clover in collaboration with companies in the ITALIAN territory, so as to ensure maximum control and the highest standards.
The idea is to create a jacket under the jacket made of air to cope with the hottest climates. The air entering at numerous inlets flows into the interior of the garment where it is distributed by the 3D mesh ventilation panels that extend under the entire surface of the garment with the task of bringing fresh air inside the entire jacket and not only where directly exposed to the wind.
